Our award-winning chef and his team have created a delicious menu using locally sourced ingredients, complemented by fresh vegetables and salads from our Urban Gardens in Hillington and Paisley. Our UrbanGarden in Hillington is a stone’s throw away from The Experience, while our garden in Paisley is on the grounds of Kibble Education and Care centre, grown and cultivated by our young people to the highest possible standard.
Our local suppliers are as follows:
- W P Tulloch Butchers, Paisley (est 1932) provide us with the finest Scottish beef from their own herd of beef-cross Aberdeen Angus cattle.
- Our fish supplier, The Fish People provide us with the finest sustainable seafood from Scottish waters.
- Ice-cream from the Isle of Arran Dairies.
- Our independent coffee roaster and supplier, Matthew Algie, provides fresh, tasty and ethical coffee and teas.
