Our award winning chef and his team have created a delicious menu using these locally sourced ingredients, complemented by fresh vegetables and salads from our Community Gardens in Hillington and Paisley. Our Community Garden in Hillington is a stone’s throw away from The Experience, while our garden in Paisley is on the grounds of Kibble Education and Care centre, grown and cultivated by our young people to the highest possible standard.
