Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer service throughout all areas and departments of The Experience.

Post: Customer Service Manager, The Experience
Responsible To: General Manager
Staff Responsibility: Reception staff
Hours of Work: 37 per week.  The Experience is open seven days and emphasis will be placed on evening and weekend working to meet the core business needs.
Salary: £25,074 – £27,714 per annum (Pt 28 – Pt 31)

KARTING COORDINATOR

We require a Karting Coordinator to look after our karting arena and lead the track staff. The role will require a motivated individual with knowledge and experience in the industry and a passion for go-karting, who can work well under pressure and manage a team of people.

Post: Karting Coordinator, The Experience
Responsible To: General Manager
Staff Responsibility: Track Staff
Hours of Work: 37 per week. The Experience is open seven days and emphasis will be placed on evening and weekend working to meet the core business needs.
Salary: £21,459 – £22,818 per annum (Pt 23 max Pt 25)
