Restaurant Crew (Sessional)

Responsible To: The Experience Management Team
Staff Responsibility: None
Hours of Work: Flexible including evening and weekend (sessional)
Salary: National Minimum Wage

With an exceptional customer service focus, you will work in The Academy Restaurant as well as serving in the various function areas across the venue. All types of dining experiences from casual to formal will be on offer, and you will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers.

Hours of Work: Flexible including evening and weekend (sessional)
Salary: National Minimum Wage

You will have an exceptional customer service focus and be involved in all aspects of the leisure centre experience. With the unique mix of leisure activities on offer, you will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers. You will be working across a range of disciplines including reception, restaurant, leisure and parties. The safety, comfort and enjoyment of all visitors will be a key part of this role.

Sessional Receptionist

Responsible To: The Experience General Manager
Staff Responsibility: None
Hours of Work: Evening and weekend working (sessional)
Salary: £3.87 to £7.20per hour dependent on age (national minimum wage)

Our receptionists are the first face our visitors see. They are responsible for greeting and registering our visitors as well as taking bookings over the telephone and dealing with all special requests. You will also be required to recognise opportunities to upsell where possible so that visitors can experience all The Experience has to offer!
